The ability of calculating a single blade cutting capacity ensure the workpiece cutting neat, consistency. When the actual cutting area exceeds alarm set value, the light will flash, prompting the user to replace the blade.

Burr-free Cutting for Larger Pipe Cutoff Inline

The 300 milling type CNC steel pipe cutting machine used for big size pipe cut off. Contor Milling type cold saw is equipped with up to four axis-controlled sawing stations working independently. Sawing of the tube starts simultaneously at several positions, and segments are finally cut along its circumference. The results is small chips and negligible burr.
  We developed the milling type flying cold saw by ourselves. It is a type of high precision cutting machine for big size diameter steel pipe. The machine catches the step with the word’s developing speed in the field. The cutting machine adopts 2 blades cutting and 2 coordinate axes interlock controlling technology, which made no burrs, low noise and excellent cutting edge. The milling type flying cold saw is suitable for large diameter pipe cutting.

How to Cut Steel Pipe?

The cold saw is very different from the traditional high-speed friction flying saws. The technology of cold saw is to cut big, medium and small pipes with more safety and burr free. The tracing, getting synchronization and return of the trolley are completed by motors driving according racks and pinions on the self-lubricated guide lines.




The cutting action of the blade is driven by servo motors and reducers. And the feeding action of the blade is driven by motors and ball screw.Reasonable design of cold saw gurantee the cold saw cut off pipes with lower noise, good quality cutting edge without shape change or burrs, and reduce the cost of secondary process.

On the condition of cutting with the maximum speed, the cutting precision is equal or less than1.5mm. After setting parameters through the automatic control console, the cold saw running automatically in stable and reliable state.
