The cold saw is very different from the traditional high-speed friction flying saws. The technology of cold saw is to cut big, medium and small pipes with more safety and burr free. The tracing, getting synchronization and return of the trolley are completed by motors driving according racks and pinions on the self-lubricated guide lines.
The cutting action of the blade is driven by servo motors and reducers. And the feeding action of the blade is driven by motors and ball screw.Reasonable design of cold saw gurantee the cold saw cut off pipes with lower noise, good quality cutting edge without shape change or burrs, and reduce the cost of secondary process.On the condition of cutting with the maximum speed, the cutting precision is equal or less than1.5mm. After setting parameters through the automatic control console, the cold saw running automatically in stable and reliable state.
